Our deliveries and services are based on the following terms of dispatch and payment, as well as our General Terms and Conditions (GTC), which you can view here.

Payment

Advance payment
If you choose payment in advance, we will send you our bank details in a separate e-mail and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

PayPal
During the order process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, legitimise yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.
The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.

PayPal Plus
Within the framework of the PayPal Plus payment service, we offer you various payment methods as PayPal services. You will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. There you can enter your payment details, confirm the use of your data by PayPal and the payment instruction to PayPal.

If you have chosen the PayPal payment method, you must be registered there or register first and legitimise yourself with your access data in order to pay the invoice amount. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.

If you have chosen the credit card payment method, you do not have to be registered with PayPal to pay the invoice amount. The payment transaction will be carried out by your credit card company at PayPal's request immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction and after your legitimation as a legitimate cardholder and your card will be charged. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.

If you have chosen the direct debit payment method, you do not have to be registered with PayPal to pay the invoice amount. By confirming the payment instruction, you give PayPal a direct debit mandate. You will be informed by PayPal about the date of the debit (so-called prenotification). By submitting the direct debit mandate immediately after confirming the payment instruction, PayPal requests its bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out and your account is debited. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.

If you have chosen the payment method invoice, you do not have to be registered with PayPal to pay the invoice amount. After a successful address and credit check and submission of the order, we assign our claim to PayPal. In this case, you can only pay PayPal with debt-discharging effect. For payment processing via PayPal - in addition to our GTC - the GTC and the privacy policy of PayPal apply. Shipping/delivery conditions

Shipping costs will be added to the indicated product prices. You will find more details about the shipping costs in the offers.

We only deliver by mail order. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the goods yourself.

The delivery takes place within the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Eurozone 1 and Eurozone 2 with DHL. All items offered are available for delivery in the time period as clearly stated in the product description.

Shipping rates Netherlands, Belgium and Germany

For orders over 90 Euro (Germany 60 Euro), we deliver standard packages, within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, free of charge (no shipping costs).

Standard packages within the Netherlands are delivered with the following flat shipping rates:
Standard parcel Netherlands: flat shipping rate 7.90 euros (including VAT). We charge this flat rate for all orders that can be sent as a DHL parcel (max. 31.5 kilos, length up to 1.20 m).

Standard parcels within Belgium and Germany are shipped with the following flat rates:
Standard parcel Belgium 8,90 Euro / Germany: shipping flat rate 4,90 Euro (including VAT). We charge this flat rate for all orders that can be sent as a DHL parcel (max. 31.5 kilos, length up to 1.20 m).

Shipping flat rate Eurozone 1 (Denmark, France, Great Britain, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria)

For orders with a value of 130 Euro or more, we deliver standard packages, within Eurozone 1, free of charge (no shipping costs).

Standard packages Eurozone 1: Shipping flat rate 14,90 Euro (including VAT). We charge this flat rate for all orders that can be sent as DHL parcels (max. 31.5 kilos, length up to 1.20 m).

Shipping flat rate Eurozone 2 (Finland, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain (mainland only), Sweden, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Switzerland)

For orders with a value of 180 Euro or more, we deliver standard packages, within Eurozone 2 and Switzerland, free of charge (no shipping costs).

Standard packages Eurozone 2: Shipping flat rate 23,90 Euro (Switzerland 17,90 EURO) (including VAT). We charge this flat rate for all orders that can be sent as a DHL parcel (max. 31.5 kilos, length up to 1.20 m).
