Shipping and Payment Terms

Orders placed with seaEQ GmbH are subject to our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and the following information regarding payment, delivery and shipping.

Payment Methods

Advance Payment by Bank Transfer

If you choose advance payment by bank transfer, you will receive our bank details and the necessary payment instructions. Your order will be shipped once full payment has been received, subject to the stated delivery time.

PayPal

If you select PayPal, your payment will be processed by the payment service provider PayPal. The necessary payment steps will be displayed during checkout.

Credit Card

Credit card payments are processed through our payment service provider Stripe. The accepted card types and the necessary payment steps will be displayed during checkout.

Purchase on Invoice

Payment by invoice is available only by prior individual agreement, particularly for our business customers and trade partners.

The agreed payment terms and due dates are specified in the respective quotation, order confirmation or invoice.

Individually agreed early payment discounts apply only under the conditions specified in the relevant agreement.

Custom-Made Products

Customer-specific, custom-made products cannot be ordered directly through our online shop. Such products are supplied exclusively on the basis of individual quotations and corresponding orders or order confirmations.

Custom-made products generally require full advance payment. Production begins once payment has been received, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Delivery and Shipping

Shipping

We deliver throughout Germany, to numerous European countries and to selected destinations outside the European Union.

Orders placed through our online shop are shipped exclusively as parcels via DHL.

For individual orders, custom-made products or special transport requirements, another suitable transport provider may be used by agreement.

Delivery Times

The applicable delivery times for our standard products are indicated on the respective product pages.

For appropriately marked, available standard products, delivery within Germany takes 1–2 working days. Delivery within the European Union takes 3–5 working days for appropriately marked, available standard products.

Any different delivery times will be indicated on the relevant product page. The delivery times stated for the specific order shall apply.

For custom-made products and individually agreed deliveries, the delivery or dispatch dates specified in our quotation or order confirmation shall apply.

Collection in Person

Collection of ordered goods from our business premises in Straelen, Germany, is possible only by prior personal arrangement.

Collection in person is not a standard shipping option available during online checkout. Please contact us before placing your order if you would like to collect your goods in person.

No shipping charges apply to an agreed collection in person.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination country as well as the dimensions and weight of the ordered products.

The shipping costs applicable to your order will be displayed before you complete the checkout process.

We offer free shipping to certain destination countries and for certain order values. The applicable conditions and shipping charges are set out in our shipping rates overview.

Deliveries Outside the European Union

Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to additional import duties, customs charges, taxes and fees.

Where expressly agreed, delivery shall be made under DAP (Delivered at Place, named place of destination) in accordance with Incoterms® 2020.

Any applicable import duties, import taxes and import clearance costs shall be borne by the recipient, to the extent permitted by law and unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

For custom-made products, special transport requirements or individually agreed deliveries, prices, shipping costs, payment terms and delivery dates are specified in our respective quotation or order confirmation.
